Deposit Policy

To secure your spot on the Foundation Botulinum Toxin Training - A non-refundable deposit of 40% (£798) is required at the time of booking to reserve your place.

The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 2 weeks before the course start date.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

If you cancel less than 2 weeks before the course, the full course fee remains due.

Substitutions

If you cannot attend, you may send another participant in your place, provided we are notified in advance; the replacement participant must meet course prerequisites and hold the required credentials.

Course Commitment

Booking confirms your commitment to the course, which involves careful preparation and administration to deliver the best possible training.

By booking, you acknowledge our no-refund policy and confirm your commitment to participate in the course.

Refund Policy

All payments made to LS Aesthetics Training Academy are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Illness or injury (including medical emergencies)

  • Bereavement or family emergencies

  • Adverse weather conditions

  • Travel disruptions, delays, or cancellations

  • Changes in work or personal commitments

  • Visa or documentation issues (if applicable)

No exceptions will be made. By booking, you acknowledge and accept our no-refund policy in full.

Rescheduling Policy      

If you are unable to attend your booked course date, you may request to transfer your booking to the next available course date, subject to the following conditions

  • A minimum of 7 days notice must be emailed or written.

  • Only one reschedule per booking.

  • Failure to attend the rescheduled date will result in full loss of payment.

  • No-show or failure to notify us within the specified time frame forfeits your booking entirely along with the no refund policy applied.

Non-Attendance

Failure to attend your course without prior notice will be considered a no-show. In such cases, no refund remains or rescheduling will be offered.

Course Attendance & Timekeeping

You must attend the full duration of the course in order to receive certification. Late arrivals may be refused entry and risk forfeiting their place, without entitlement to a refund or reschedule.

Dress Code

All students are required to attend in professional and comfortable attire. Tunics, scrubs, or appropriate clinic wear are recommended.

Please wear closed, comfortable footwear, as you may be on your feet for extended periods during practical training.

Conduct & Professionalism

Ls Aesthetics Training Academy expects all students to maintain professional conduct throughout the training.

Any disruptive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behaviour may result in immediate removal from the course without refund or certification.

Certification

Certificates will only be issued upon full attendance and successful completion of all course components. Partial attendance may result in a delay or withholding of certification.

Amendments & Cancellations by the Academy

Ls Aesthetics Training Academy reserves the right to change course dates, times, locations, or content due to unforeseen events or circumstances beyond our control.

In such cases, an alternative date will be offered.
